Own the architecture and technical direction of a donation platform that processes millions of payments a year for 400+ non-profits, across landing pages, campaign management, back-office and backend services (Node, PostgreSQL, Kafka). Responsible for the full payment path — payment methods, payouts, refunds, recurring donations — and the idempotent inbound and outbound webhooks that keep our records and the payment providers’ in agreement. Lead eight engineers across full-stack, DevOps, data and QA, under GDPR.

Led frontend architecture for FRNZX, a SOC 2-compliant SaaS that helps banks verify where customers’ crypto assets came from, using blockchain analysis and Open Banking data. Ran a team of two engineers and a designer inside an eight-person R&D group. Built the B2B applications from the ground up, established the frontend stack and code-review standards, and worked alongside compliance to turn due-diligence rules into product interfaces and data flows.

The heaviest frontend and browser-rendering work of my career. Built a video-player library that renders SVG and pixel animations directly in the browser, with full cross-browser support and playback tuned for low-end devices. Extended it into a web platform for producing CRM-driven videos at scale, and shipped and maintained a companion After Effects extension in React on the Adobe CEP API.

Worked on a big-data survey product and built messaging automation across email, WhatsApp and Messenger. Delivered and maintained a range of client web projects.

Freelance web developer for five long-term clients and a range of smaller one-off projects, building custom web applications for companies, non-profits and startups across Israel and Europe.
